Spectrum Killian is a dental laboratory that restores Neodent cases every day — Grand Morse, Helix Short, NeoArch and zygoma. We hold the Neodent CAD libraries, we know which scan body matches which connection, and every Ti base, custom abutment and full-arch prosthesis we build is engineered for a passive fit.
Restoring an implant well depends on getting a lot of small things right — the correct scan body for the connection, the right CAD library, a passive fit on the final prosthesis. Spectrum Killian restores Neodent every day, so those details are routine rather than researched case by case. You place the implant; we handle the digital workflow, the components and the restoration.
One of the fastest-growing dental laboratories in the country, Spectrum Killian pairs master craftsmanship with modern digital workflows. From custom abutments to full-arch restorations, our team is known for precision fit, fast turnaround, and clinical support that stays with a case from scan to seat.
Neodent was founded in 1993 in Curitiba, Brazil, by Drs. Geninho and Cláudia Thomé — clinicians who set out to build implants of comparable quality to imported systems at a cost their own patients could meet. The company opened its ILAPEO teaching institute in 2004, launched the hydrophilic Acqua surface in 2012 for immediate and low-density-bone protocols, and introduced Grand Morse in 2017. The Straumann Group took a 49% stake in 2012 and acquired the company outright in 2015.
Why practices send us their Neodent cases — and what the system itself makes easier.
Grand Morse uses the same prosthetic connection from Ø 3.5 mm through Ø 7.0 mm — we confirmed it against Neodent's own catalog data while building the scan body tool on this site. One scan body, one abutment range, far less to stock and far less to get wrong.
The Acqua hydrophilic surface was developed specifically for challenging situations — low-density bone and immediate protocols. Paired with the NeoArch full-arch approach, it's a portfolio built for treating and provisionalising in fewer visits.
Spectrum Killian holds the Neodent CAD libraries and restores the system daily — so every Ti base, custom abutment, and full-arch prosthesis is engineered for an exact, passive fit.
Neodent was built from the start as an accessible-price system, and it now carries Straumann Group ownership and quality systems behind it. That combination is what lets practices present implant treatment to patients who would otherwise decline it.
